Ferrite magnets include sintered permanent magnets composed of Barium or Strontium Ferrite, and rubber/plastic bonded magnets from injection molding or mold extrution.
Sintered ferrite magnet is very hard and brittle, and require specialized machining techniques. Moreover, they should be machined in an unmagnetized state. We are equipped to machine these materials to specifications.
Rubber bonded ferrite magnet is a permanent magnet composing of fine powder of strontiumferrite, synthetic resin and additives.
It can be processed as a sheet, a roll or any kind of shape and can be coated to have magnetic characteristics or colors. As a matter of fact, it can be customized according to the requests of the customers, available in both anisotropic and isotropic grades.
